Vintage SOMSO HIP JOINT educational model ANATOMY MODEL Medical school BONES

For sale here is a vintage Somso. Made by Somso in Bavaria, Germany We are not sure of the date but know it was before 1989 as it is pre unification (It has made in West germany on the back). This fantastic model is of a human hip joint with ligaments, it is mounted on a green base. And mounted on a green plastic base. This is a genuine vintage and as with any vintage item there may be signs of wear, whilst the overall condition is excellent there may a few cosmetic marks.

Obviously this item is not new, it has been used in classrooms so there may be some light cosmetic wear, I have tried to photograph any wear I could see such a flaking paint, cracks or chips so please do check all photos carefully. The latex that makes up the ligaments has perished a little over time as can be seen it the photos. All items are tracked and insured.
