This is Agaricus campestris also known as the field mushroom. It is one of the most commonly eaten mushroom.
Made from latex and mounted on a wooden base covered with dried moss, the condition is very good. No longer used in schools, they now make wonderful decorative items. Obviously this item is not new, it has been used in classrooms so there may be some light cosmetic wear, I have tried to photograph any wear I could see such a flaking paint, cracks or chips so please do check all photos carefully.
